Discovering Handel's Messiah

G. F. Handel's "Messiah" presented with orchestra, chorus and soloists.
Dr. Klemme will lead a lecture concert format to discover more about this baroque masterpiece. Choruses and Solos from Part One and Part Two of the oratorio will be performed with orchestras and the WMC will be joined by the Chamber Choir, Bass/Tenor Choir, and Soprano/Alto Choir from Willamette University.

Sacred Choral Music at the Abbey

Mt. Angel Abbey

The WMC will present a concert of America-centered music and spirituals in the beautiful church at Mt. Angel Abbey. Sacred music from Austria and Italy will also be performed in preparation for their European tour in summer 2020. This concert will be offered on two Sunday afternoons in May, two weeks apart. Seating at Mt Angel Abbey is open seating, no assigned seats.
